Help with settings!

F150 fx4 6" lift with 20"wheel and 35s, 5.4 I just brought a hypertech edge power programmer Im wondering what is the best settings for my truck. I havent changed my diff or any thing like that just lift and wheels and tires. rev limiter? shift points? etc..... Thanks!
