Programmer question

I have the gotts mod, K&N drop in filter, straight piped from cats back, and electric fans. Ive been running the stock tunes that come with my sct programmer, should I change the setting that says aftermarket intake instead of leaving that at stock?

No - don't change the setting. The Gott's style mod doesn't change the MAF environment the way an aftermarket intake does.
