If you do not get anyone to assist you, you maybe should consider selling your Edge and ordering an Xcal3 with custom tunes. You just plug it in, download and you are done. That would make things much more simple for you. Just a thought.

I'll stick with my Edge, it'll work eventually...I contacted Edge and they have no clue what I am talking about with the tranny problems. And I like the pod of the Edge, versus a plug and unplug style programmer...

OK, try to get in contact with Bill Cohron at PowerHungryPerformance. (PHPTune.com). This may take more than a few tries, but I'm sure he can help you out. Also, I'd try to call Edge Tech Support again. You may have gotten someone "new", who doesn't know all the answers.

Finally, did you try what I suggested? I'm not a "certified" expert, but, I've been around the block a couple of times.

Edit: Your symptoms really don't sound at all like they're related to the programmer. What happens when you put the tune back to stock? (And, now I'll refer to your other thread on this subject. Have you tried all the suggestions we gave you there?).

- Jack

Then CALL EDGE TECH SUPPORT! It sounds like some glitch in the program in your Edge!

plug it into your computer... open the fusion software and try updating it, this might work, but only if there are new updates your edge, otherwise listen to jack and CALL EDGE they will fix it trust me they are very good at what they do.
