Whistling Noise from 1500 to 1800 RPM

i got my Gryphon installed with canned tunes till i get my custom tunes, currently on Lv 2 Towing. I noticed as Im driving and the truck is between about 1500 to 1800 RPM theres a whistling or sqealing noise coming from under the hood somewhere. I tried Lv 1 and put back to stock and noise goes away. Anybody else experience this?

Probably related to the intake. Bill should be able to get rid of this with the custom tunes.
