Exclamation Edge tuner...need help fast!!!!

I'm running a 07 f150 4.6 and I was wondering if someone could help me out with the custom tunes....I programed it on lvl 3 and set my tires n gear ratio, rev. limiter and speed limiter and left everything else untouched(tranny and WOT settings). Now before trying to figure it out and blowing stuff I was hoping someone else had an edge in a 4.6 and could tell me how he's running it! Hoping to get the best performance out of it without being hard on it...noob I am sorry!!!!THNX FOR ANY HELP!!!!!

Side question lol....When I first put it in my truck(after doing the updates) when I programed it and went out for a test drive I didn't even make it down the street the truck wasup....running like if the timing wasn't right or something and it freaked me out soo I stoped the truck programed it again than it was ok but it did it again later and the same thing! I filled it up with supreme and added octane 2 it(before programing of course)....just don't know what did that but it never did that with my old superchips and not really looking forward to seeing that again

i got all of what i have set from on my Edge Jack (JackandJanet)he said that the settings i have look fine and should not hurt anything
i did not want to mess around with the torque converter settings at fist either until i was sure there would be no ill effects and everthing has been smooth sailing with my edge since i got it

i am pretty sure that my WOT fuel setting are at either 1.00 or 1.5 i can check and let u know for sure tomorrow

on the Tourqe converter read this Edge Tourque converter lock and unlock settings this is my thread on it
EDIT:
and it is running good with everything maxed out no issues
as far as some things you don't wanna do don't got over 5300 maybe 5400 on the WOT shift and don't go over 4800-4900 on the WOT shift on 3-4 and at least
400 rpm difference between the WOT shift rpm and the max rpm

not i don't think my has ever done that at least not that i recall
the only problems i have had were the transmission needing a rebuild dont really know why took it in for a shudder and they told me i needed a new transmission and rear end not EDGE related had it happen b4 the Edge was ever installed or purchased

i think my Transmission had a problem with it from the factory it just took some time for it to be noticeable along with how low of miles it had on my truck 25000 at the time

thank you warranty

i will be sure to let you know on my WOT Fuel tomorrow

no problem any time

I've stayed out of this up to now because frankly, I have no idea what's causing your problem! But - you've taken the right step by calling Edge Tech Support. I feel confident they will get you fixed up pretty quickly!

I called customer support again 2day and the engineer was still working on the case but I've experimented a bit with the tuner and it does thins even on lvl 1 and really don't understand what is causing this.....I noticed that when I set it on lvl 3 as soon as I set the gear ratio or the tires(nothing is ever constant) but thats whats causing it 2 bug out but anyways it kinda sucks buying a tuner like this and not being able to use it but I haven't lost hope in edge just yet!!!! I film it 2 day and hopefuly show you this l8er on 2day!!!!!
