Does any one even make a programer for my truck?
i have an 03' XLT 4.2 liter V6. ive looked on about 6 different sites and i cant find anything. any programers for 4.2?

If my memory is correct, no one makes one for the 4.2 prior to the 2004s. Sorry.

Did a search and came up with this:

Chips or tuners for the 4.2 V6.
