You might try calling Bill Cohron at Power Hungry Performance. He would definitely know if you could use an Edge-style programmer on your truck. I say Edge-style, because it would probably have to be the Gryphon.

I know of at least one person on these forums that has an SCT on a Mark LT. Though I know it's not the Edge, it proves that they can be tuned. I agree with Jack's suggestion, though, to contact PHP. Good luck.

No difference in the tuning.

For all intents and purposes, the Mark LT isn't any different in tuning than an F-150. The Evolution works just fine on it and I'm amazed that anyone at Edge would tell you otherwise. We have several Mark LT customers that run just fine on the Gryphon platform.

I hope this helps.

I have a Mark LT 7 the biggest problem is the retailer- most just do not want to spend the time to call the MFG and give them the PCM ID number which has all the info - verifying that it is the same as any F150- Superchips was "hell" with the vendor I used because they just didn't want to be bothered! The vender persisted over a peiod of 2 days and eventually through demanded repeated request verified that the programmer would work & which one to order.

You have to remember, many of the retailers and mfg such as "Superchips" are staffed by the "New generation"- if they can look it up on a pc then they have the answer- if it requires common sense and looking outside of the normal PC venue, they are lazy and can be problematic. Basically, with Superchips, the vendor had to request to speak directly to an executive and threaten to close their account befor the staff would look- the staffer changed their mind (3 people later), called back 1 hour later and confirmed.

To sum it up...

Lazy,
Disrespectfull
Egocentric
self serving
