Thinking of getting a used hypertech.... good idea?

I have the chance to buy a used hypertech, bout a year or so old and for about $200. It is unlocked and has everything with it: cd, instructions, etc... came off an 06 f150 with the 3v 5.4 and mine is an 04 so its the same part number and all. sounds like a good idea to me... any other opinions?
