Gryphon order has been placed.

I finally was allowed, "hmmmm" I mean I told my wife I wanted to order my tuner and she supported me on this decision. I can't wait.....Can this be true?
I hope the thrill is as good as everyone says it is.....

This is why you don't tell your "significant other" about your truck mods, you just buy them and don't say anything.

Anyhow, you won't be disappointed!

That's what I do and I look at it this way:

Years of enjoyment and all I have to do is deal with my wife not talking to me for a day, 2 at max.....Yeah I'm buying it!

I had the same issue with e-mail and from what they posted here, they are overwhelmed with e-mails so it may take some time, not to mention the holiday weekend will back them up. I know they visit this section of the forums often so they might post here.

Hey there! I just want to take a minute to explain something so nobody feels like they're being ignored.

Bill gets all the e-mail addressed specifically to him. I get the e-mail addressed to corey@phptune.com but I also get all the e-mail addressed to:

sales@phptune.com
sales@powerhungryperformance.com
info@phptune.com
info@powerhungryperformance.com
cory@powerhungryperformance.com
cory@phptune.com
etc.

So you see... ANYTHING@phptune.com OR powerhungryperformance.com comes to me because I am set up as the default. Right now, I am receiving more than 100 e-mails every day -- including weekends! I try to sort through them this way:

1- Delete all junk mail
2- Customers having problems
3- New orders
4- Dealers
5- Customers asking questions
5- Generic Questions

It doesn't always happen in that order, but I try. Generic questions get answered last -- but only because we have a forum and a great FAQs page on our website where you can find the answers to most questions!

LINK TO OUR FORUM

Please know that I try very hard to answer as many e-mails each day as possible. In addition to this task, my daily responsibilities include answering phones, processing orders, shipping programmers, perusing the forums, ordering merchandise, and advertising. Is it any wonder that we close the phones the third full business week of every month just to get caught up?

To answer questions within this thread: When an order is placed, programmers with canned tunes are generally shipped within 48 hours. Right now, custom tunes are at about a 6 week wait.
