We need you to fill out the order form and either e-mail it or fax it to us because we need your signature on the last page.

I sent an e-mail Friday but I figure I would post my question here as I might get a faster reply:

Quote:
Hello,

[1] Can you please clear up a few things for me? I have a Edge which I like to send in and get custom tuned, is it my understanding that this will cost $55?

$25 Upgrade + $30 - $60 per Custom Calibration – is this – (minus) $60? The price layout format is kinda confusing.

[2] Also is there any way I can send payment VIA paypal and then ship my Edge to you?

[3] And from your website it seems the turnaround time is 2 weeks, correct?

Thanks,
Chris Henry

Sorry. Can't talk prices on here. Here is a link to our forum, which should answer all of your questions: CLICK HERE

There is one price to upgrade and only one price for each custom gasoline file.

You can fill out the form and send it with your Evo. When it's processed, I'll send you a copy of the invoice with our PayPal name, and you can send the payment (I won't know how much shipping is until it's processed).

It's normally about 2 weeks depending on our work load. Right now, I'd say it's closer to 3.

So:

Custom gasoline calibrations are $xx each

This means towing, normal and high performance would be considered 3 custom tunes and it would be $xx time 3? Correct?

Yes, Sir... but Bill offers tow programs and performance programs in the octane of your choice. Our tow programs are designed for more bottom end torque and strategies to help keep EGTs low. Our performance programs are written for all-around performance -- throttle response, shifting, and better performance (especially at WOT), etc. Most customers (not all) also report fuel economy gains of 1-2mpg depending on their current mileage and driving style. Our two most popular setups are:

Stock Tranny Only
87 Tow
87 Performance

AND

87 Performance
87 Tow
93 Performance

You can, of course, get whatever you want and will suit your needs, but those are the most common.

When I order my first custom tune it wil be to have my gryphon have her last description. I have driven nearly 10k miles on both level 2 and level 3. I thing from Bluejay's description 87 perf is the tune for me. Sounds like my wants are not uncommon either. I cant wait to save a little more money in my truck mod account (way to save savings, lol) and order it.
