Error code help needed

Check engine light is on and I show two error codes. P0172 SYS TOO RICH 1, P0175 SYS TOO RICH 2. I am running an AF1 3.5" with a troyer xcal ii. What do I need to do?

Call/Email Troyer 1st.
Is it running a custom tune from Troyer?

If so, flash it back to stock, pull the battery cable off and let it sit a few minutes. Rehook the battery ensure everytihng is running fine and then re-flash it. If it is still an issue they probably need to update your strategy code.

Was your PCM ever re-flashed at the dealer? Maybe Mike or one of the other tuners will pop in and wow us with their skill.....

If not tuned, well it almost would have to be to run rich with the 3.5 AF1 so never mind.

Yes it is on a custom 89 octane tune but it has been tuned for over a year, I was just wondering if it might be an o2 sensor issue.

You can set up the short and long term fuel trims in PID's and run it live. Empty road or with a passenger preferrably.

Edit....sorry, just saw the Xcal. Do you have the option to do live monitoring with the xcal?

I dunno, maybe you can clear the code. You could run it stock and see if it still throws it. If it still throws a rich code you will know there is a sensor issue for sure. I still recommend talking to Troyer monday.

The long term fuel trims have reached the calibrated limit, not a "sensor issue". The best thing to do is: clean air filter, clean MAF, replace HO2S if necessary, and clear KAM.
