Maf Question

Another dumg question but I am trying to learn from all the long time members here. Does a tuner, any tuner adjust your maf sensor to make the air fuel level level right for the new tune? Just curious.

the pcm reads the info that the maf gets and adjusts the tune accordingly-the maf is a receiver of info , not something that controls a/f #'s
