XCal2 Ordered. Request Tampa Bay Dyno advice
Hi folks. I have made the plunge and climbed aboard the XC2 group buy.
I live in Palm Harbor in the Tampa Bay area. I would most sincerely appreciate
any information on a shop with a Dyno capable of giving quality pulls and A/F ratios. At this juncture in my life, money is a little tight, but I do not want to be dyno'd by other than quality, honorable folks.
While we're doing Tampa Bay, does anyone have a shop to recommend for a cat-back install?
Thanks very much,
Rooster

I live down the road from you, Dunedin. The local mustang club guys use this one for a dyno. You can go on the site and ask em how this particular dyno is. http://www.thestanggang.com/

Are you talking about a custom exhaust or just having them install a ready made cat back system?

I was thinking of the Magnaflow 16616 - SIDO in front of the right rear tire.
If there's a shop that'll do a custom job at a reasonable price (SIDO behind Right Rear) that'd be great! I think I would use the 18" muffler like the 16616 kit has.
Thanks,
Rooster

Check out Rainbow Muffler in Largo. They are on corner of East Bay and Belcher. I got my flowmaster SIDO there last week. Took less than an hour. Also got my magnaflow on my last truck. They have been there since the 80's and do good work at a fair price. Its about $350 for a SIDO setup with stainless tips.

Thank you, Jim! I sure will. Do they do custom mandrel bends?
*** Sorry to hijack my own thread with the muffler kit "PS" - I am taking this back to the Exhaust forum ***
