How long till I can Diagnostic test

Bout 4 weeks ago i got my superchips programer very happy with it, but wondering how many miles till I can read codes with it? thanks very much

Hi CG,

There is no timeframe involved at all, you can plug in that Micro Tuner as soon as you get it and check to see if there are any codes right away.

However, if there are no error codes present, then you won't be able to see any codes with the Micro Tuner or any other code scanner because they don't exist. Which is what you will usually find, by the way, unless you have a Check Engine (SES, or Service Engine Soon) light showing on the dash.

thanks I must say what a huge differnece the super tuner made in the truck, it shifts so much smoother and when WOT it just sounds like the truck was made to do just that, i very good investment
