car care kits

Is there a complete car care kit that I could purchase. I got a meguires kit gift pack and I like it. But I know there's better kits/products out there.

Take a look-see at Adam's Polishes. They also have a forum and a LOT of video
on what it takes to keep a car looking good.

When you say complete kit, what do you mean?

Something with a simple wash, wax, and spray detailer, or do you mean complete with machine, pads, compounds, etc?

None of the kits on the shelf are ideal. As far as being quality products, Meguiars are as good as any but they all have something you don't need or don't have something you do need.

For proper care, have you read the detailing sticky yet? It's a few years old so some of the named products are obsolete, but the principles discussed are still valid.

Both of the above are great starter kit's. It all depend's on what you are looking for.

Wow those are some serious kits. I like em. I was looking at the Adams brand too. They have like a sample pack kit I'm thinking about getting. How do the compare as far as quality between the two

Over on www.detailingbliss.com which is a detailers forum, there is a sub forum
just for product reviews, waxes, polish, tire dressings,etc.etc. It's worth a look.
If I had seen it, long before last week, I wouldn't have had to learn the hard
way about some products that I still have laying around.

Agreed! I love Adam's products. This is what happens with their Swirl & Haze Remover, Fine Machine Polish, Machine Super Sealant. Covered in Brilliant Glaze & topped it with Americana.

Yes that is paint
