Yes, I changed the intake coupling hoses & connectors from blue to black. I think black looks better in the engine bay.

I used some metal polish and a small 4" pad on the PC.
It took about 10 minutes to do. I kinda like it looking shiny.
I didn't even take it off to do it. I polished it mounted in place.
I could have done it more but I wasn't thrilled with the splatter.

Wink Evhoboost engine

I was told by my dealer never wash an echo post engine, are all dealers that afraid to harm their produc? I figur d they were the experts, but my engine sure is dirty, would like to see it shine.

Washing any engine that has all today's electronics is risky no matter what you do.
