Pretty sure a bird hit me.

I was driving home at night about 50mph then BAM I heard something hit on the side of my truck. Get home look at the front etc...find nothing. Then few days later I come across this...



I don't have a PC or anything so it has to be fixed by hand..hopefully. It doesn't seem that deep when I run my fingernail over it.

Suggestions?

i would try to buff it out. im not an experienced detailer but im pretty sure thats at least 60% removable depending on how deep it is in the clearcoat.
