Windshield Washer not working

2004 FX4 SCREW ....

Seems the driver side is clogged, just barely squirts to the windshield.
I took it off, ran the pump and lots of fluid comes out the hose.
So I ran a small pipecleaner in the nozzle, then blew it out with the compressor. Should work, I could hear air going thru it. Worked briefly but then seemed to clog again.

I looked in the tank, made sure it was full. There was alot of "flakes" for lack of a better term, floating around in the tank.

Do I just replace the nozzle? Should I flush the lines / tank

Is there a volume / pressure that is not being supplied by the pump, therefore it doesn't squirt out both nozzles well?

Any advice?

Thanks !

replace the nozzle. mine got clogged up with mud and ice and i tried cleaning em with the same result, they would work a couple times then clog back up. they cost about $10-$15 each at the dealer.

I'd take care of the flakes first. They'd probably clog the new nozzle. Washer fluid is cheap. Flush the tank, clean the nozzle again, and see if it clogs again. Then buy a new nozzle if necessary.
