question-touch up spray

I just bought this mustang and it has a couple small spots on the hood that appear to have been sprayed with rattle can dupli color or something similar. The color match is good but at the right angle it sticks out like a sore thumb. My question is what would you guys reccommend to make it blend in better if possible? To me it seems like the overspray around the spots is what makes it so noticable. Should I try a clay bar? Thanks

here are some pics-

Can't see either of the pix.

But, I'd guess that you'd need to respray it in order to full blend everything.

Can you feel the spots? It almost looks like rattle can clear that wasn't wet sanded down. Granted, I'm not telling you that's the solution as body work isn't clearly not my specialty.

It looks to me like it needs wetsanding. I'd find a pro to take a close look and confirm - and probably have him do it.

I'm almost positive it hasen't been wet sanded or anything, feels like it was just sprayed on and nothing else.
