MILDEW smell from steamcleaning the INTERIOR

What can I do to get rid of a "mildew" odor I got after steam cleaning the seats and carpet?? Apparently I didn't let the fabrics/carpet dry completely before closing up the truck in the South Florida HEAT.
Thanks for any ideas!
