Getting tough dust off of chrome ??

How are you guys getting tough brake dust off of your chrome rims ? Mine front 2 rims get allot of brown brake dust of them especially with all the rain we have had it helps it stick. It cleans off with a good mitt and soap but leave like a stain on the rim, how are you guys getting it off ?

A bunch of companies make wheel cleaners that you use when you wash the truck..sold at AutoZone, Wal-Mart, etc. Follow that up with Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish and that should remove anything thats left.

I have an old dedicated wash mitt just for the wheels. I buy Meg's All-Wheel Cleaner since it's sold locally and I go through quite a bit every wash. Spray it on, let it sit 30 seconds or so, give a good scrub with the wash mitt and everything should come off.
