I have a ton of different products in my garage for tires but the last one I bought was a bottle of Zaino Z16 tire dressing, works good, not too shiny, doesn't sling off, and lasts about two weeks or 3 car washes, YMMV Smells like bubble gum, FWIW.

I try to wash my truck once a week and it still looks good each time. I want to try Megs HD sometime, but you can't beat some of the over the counter stuff if done properly and it is worked in fully. Here's what I mean.

WTF ????????

I think the quality of the job on tires comes mostly from the sponges used. This kit has the Griot's dressing with the sponges. I think it works pretty well. The dressing lasts a very long time, just as advertised.
