How do you guys clean your engine bay?

Mines pretty dirty and ive heard bad things about pressure washing but i wasnt sure if running a hose over it to rinse it off then using a rag to wipe dirt loose then rinsing again?

I like to use Megs APC+, a couple brushes, a 1gal pump sprayer with water in it, a little HyperDressing and A LOT of attention to detail.

Oh yeah, and of course MF towels.
