Started to clay, polish, wax my new black Jeep
I got a new Jeep Wrangler this weekend. I told the dealer not to wash it. I didn't want them to add any swirls to it. I washed with ONR but the paint felt gritty after I was done. I went to Auto Zone and got a new clay bar. I didnt have a lot of time to spend so I just worked on the hood. After the clay I used Optimum Polish followed by Menzerna FPII, RMG and topped with Carnuba Moose Wax. I was able to remove some light scratches and marring. I used Black Wow on all the trim and then went over it with HD. It's going to be a lot of work to keep this as clean as my F150. Do you think RMG is better on black then Danese Wet Glaze? I have both. Here are a few pics. They aren't great but you get the idea.

Looks great! Sweet looking Jeep! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with either glaze. The Red Moose contains fillers and will hide and light scratches.

I love it. It's so much nicer than the 2000 TJ I had. It's weird having a Wrangler with power windows, door locks.

I've had the RMG sitting on my shelf for over a year. Never had a reason to use it on my white truck. I tried it a couple of times but didnt notice a difference. The DWG looked great on white.

Yes I am. I got my new wheels yesterday (17x9 Eagle 197's) and my lift should be in next week (Tereflex 2.5") These new Wranglers will clear 33's with no lift and 35's with just a 2.5". Tires are Kumho MT's. I almost hate driving it with those wimpy tires on there. The wheels are a satin black but they look kinda silver in that pic because of the flash.
It's a tight fit but I got them both in the garage.

I ended up selling those wheels and I got some 17x8 Eagle 140's with BFG MT KM2's. Great tires and quiet for a MT. The weather is great here so I took the top off today.
