Thumbs up Rain-X Latitude Wiper Blades

In case any of you were thinking about the Rain-X latitude wiper blades, but couldn't get past the price, I just bought a set and they are AWESOME!!!! I've tried many brands including the Bosch Icon and these are by fat the best I've ever used. The're pricey but well worth the money.

*Contoured design applies even pressure along the entire length of the wiper blade.
*Specially blended graphite coated rubber blade delivers the ultimate smooth, clean, chatter-free wipe.
*Built in aerodynamic spoiler significantly reduces drag, noise and wind lift.
*Ice resistant frame

I have a set I bought about a month ago for $8 each and I like them better than any I have used so far on this truck....even better than the expensive PIAA silicones.
Now I will see how they hold up to justify the cost. If you buy cheap blades frequently, it all comes out the same or maybe you spend more.

I'm on year 5 or 6 with my Silblades. They're still just about as perfect as they were on day one.

I have the Bosch Icons and they haven't impressed me too much. Sure their better than reg but their more expensive than the Rain-X ones still I believe but the Icons still leave some streaking. Can't be that hard to make a windsheld wiper, jeez.

I bought a set of Rain X blades at Advanced Auto last week, and they were giving 1 gallon of Rain X windshield wiper fluid when you bought the blades.

I have the rain-x on my truck and really like them. They do a great job without streaks. They have only been on since fall so not sure how long they will last.

I agree with this post. I put them on all wipers including my rear wiper. Sometime I use a little wipe of Armor All on the blades to restore them to near original flexibility.

I had a set of Bosch Excels and they were sctratcing the windshield, one year old. I just bought a set of Rain-X. $20, but they are very smooth. Never seen the Silblades around here.

I'd like to find out who carries them in my area. I'm intrigued!

They sell them on ebay.
