how to get dirt out of windows

So i got my truck muddy duck hunting and like an idiot a few days later rolled down my windows. Since i get the squeeeeeaaakk every time i roll them up and down. Any advice on how to clean it out?

is it comming from the rubber strip at the sill or is it down inside the door?

Maybe pull the inner door panel and see if it's down in there. I've had good luck just hitting the sill with a pressure washer, but haven't gotten gunk all they way down into the door.

i just roll my widow down and stick my finger in the window seal and remove all the sand and mud.
