Saw this today and it made me cringe

I saw this at a gas station car wash. They were "detailing" this 2009 Nissan GT-R. Awesome car that is selling for 25 grand over it's 75k sticker. Notice the red shop rags on the hood. They just got through drying the car with them. Makes me sick to see nice cars treated that way.

Lets see the shop rags at my work ( machine shop)may have grinding dust ,steel chips ect in them and you know it never fully gets washed out .

My detailing rags don't even see the light of day until I'm ready to use them ( dust) .

I think calling them "stupid" ,"not very bright", or "idiot" is kind of harsh. I'm pretty sure we all started out the same way, opting for the special Turtle Wax/ Blue Corral wax rinse for an extra $3.00 at the local carwash. Misinformed or uneducated sounds more applicable in this case; -Not everyone cares or has the time to become OCD Detailers like us. However, that pic does make me cringe yikes! (Yes, I make up the 0.5% of the general population who are labled as OCD detailers)
