Rust and rot

what kind of options do I have for right rear fender rot? The rot is not to bad but there is a hole all the way through about 6 in long. I hear they make patches for them but I dont have a welder. The last bondo job i did on my old bronco did the job, but looked like hell and this truck is clean and I want it to look good.

What is the average price for a body shop repair? I would concider that if it was reasonable.

Thanks.

The only right way to fix rot is panel replacement.
