Back Windows seperating

Anyone experienced the rear windows (slider style) begining to seperate from the window frame at the bottom corners near the frame around the slider? Am experiencing this problem for a 97 F150 XLT. Tried "Versaflow Flowable Silicone" a windshield sealer and filler, held on with c-clamps overnight, only to have the window3s seperate again when the clamps were removed. Any ideas for a better product?

is this the center window? The outside panes would be bolted (fasteners affixed to glass pane) and may need to be tightened.

Nope-the center sliding window is fine, the problem is with the two windows to either side of the center on the back of the cab.
