Swirl Mark Removers

Swirl Mark Removers
Hi,
I've read some posts recommending Meguier's #9 & 3M's Swirl Mark Remover.
My question is, do either of these products dry "clear" so that stone chips do not show up white? I've been using the Klasse products since the truck was new in hopes of avoiding this, but now have swirl marks starting to show.
Thanks,
Matt

I cannot attest for the 3M product but, undoubtedly, the Meguiar's #9 WILL NOT dry clear. I do know that 3M rubbing compound dries white though...
It will be necessary to get down on the rock chips with either a toothbrush or toothpick (or similar device) and pick them out.
Another semi-solution is to machine apply where you can get an ULTRA THIN coat of product on the paint. Further, the machine (preferably a DA) will work the product as it's intended to be utilized.
