If you are talking about minor scratches, I would look at something like the Glass Polishing kit from PAC.

I have this and it works really well, but it is not meant for deep scratches, only minor ones.
If you have something deeper, Eastwood Company has a glass polishig kit, but you need to be even more careful with this kit, as it ( with any HD polishing ) can cause more problems then it cures if it is not used correctly.
The Eastwood Co part Number : 40030

Good luck, and be careful with it.
