Plexus for plastic? (and my new sig)

Anyone use Plexus? I was thinking of ordering some from properautocare to use on the clear plastic over the guage cluster. I know that thing scratches easily and can look like hell if direct sun shines on it but I'd like to give it a nice cleaning and sealing without doing harm. I'll also probably use it on the bug deflector. Is there anywhere else it's useful?

My truck's guage cluster is in pretty good shape, but the panel on my wife's Acura is kinda scratched up and I'm wondering if this stuff does a good job of hiding/eliminating those scratches.

And, take a look at my purdy new sig. (I'll get a better truck photo when I get a chance to wash/wax...if this dang snow ever stops)

I have a can of it but really can't find a good item to use it on. My cluster is A-O-K as is the wifey mobile.

I think it's a great product from what little I've been able to play with it. I use it on my heads/corners/tails and it really does seem to add a protective layer.

From the standpoint of removing scratches and such, I think I'd probably lean towards the Meguiars clear plastic polish. I know the Porsche guys SWEAR by this stuff for their rear window which is a plexi-glass type of material.

Plexus works wonders on (not lexan, the cheaper stuff,,,errr, cant think of the name) we had that for the windshield of the Kawasaki Mule and it would really bring the Plexiglass (ha, got the name) back to life from scratches. Never tried it on anything other than that.

Likes the sig.
