Ed Learn Ford in St.Catharines Ontario

I recently April 28th 2008 purchased a used vehicle a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup from a Ford certified dealership. (Ed Learn Ford) A week later I found out that this vehicle had been involved in two incidents totalling almost $8000.00 in damage.
I did a Carproof report on my own and found out this information. When i contacted the dealership, i was told they just forgot to tell me.
Under section 14 of the new consumer protection act. ( which is set in place for omvic which is Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) this is considered Unfair practises. False misleading or deceptive represention, and unconscionable representation section 15. Not too tell someone that a vehicle has been involved in a motor collision.
Now that they have my $22000.00 they are telling me all they can do is find me another car. Now i don't have the right to shop around and buy a car like everyone else. I bought this truck because that day i liked it. They didn't tell me this accident information that, on that day would have had me leave and go somewhere else. In there view they made that car look great lure me in and now that they have my money sell me whatever they want.

Thank you very much for reading this.

Hmmm I say road trip and we camp out in front of the place. Wonder what they will say with a dozen or so loyal Ford owners picketing their lot. :P
