I have these left over from when I had my Lighting. They are used for two seasons and then have been in my basement sitting for about 2 years. The wheels are stock F150 wheels and the bolt pattern is 5x135. The tires are BF Goodrich Winter Slaloms 235/70/16.
The tires that were in the front have less tread than those that were in the rear but all are still pretty good as you can see from the pictures. The wheels have a lot of surface rust from sitting in my basement for 2 years but a wire brush and some elbow grease with a light coat of paint and they should be good to go. I have attached detailed photos so you know exactly what you are getting.
Price: $150 OBO (I think this is a fair price since they need some cleaning up)
