Ceramic Pros/Cons Suggestions??

Looking into new pads to try and keep the wheels clean for more than 2 days! Some have suggested ceramic pads for that...any suggestions?

Yep ceramic pads will help you out with that. Better stopping, quiet braking, and your rims will stay clean longer. It seems like the consensus is Carquest blues, Raybestos ceramics, or Hawk pads.

I use the Hawk Carbon ferus pads, on all my rides. They brake smoother, quieter, have less dust, and fade after hard barking.

I am looking at new pads also. I had a tech at Brake Check tell me Ford OEM pads are ceramic. I always thought they were metallics. Is he mistaken?

I want to say that some f-150's OEM brakes are Ceramic. i believe that if the 11th digit of your Vin# is like a "C".
