Bed Rug Sample?

Ive have just recieved a bed rug sample from them. And its really not big enough to do anything with besides soak it in water to see if it holds it. But I do have some more questions, if I haul gravel or sand or something like that. If I was shoveling out wouldnt this tear or rip? Besides that, Im thinking I mite order one here real quick...lol
Thanks,
Chris

The day after I installed my bed rug I had to haul a truck load of old rotten mulch out of my front flower bed. Termites were setting up home there. Anyways I had lots of dirt and small wood chips in there really nasty stinky rotten crap you know. I shoveled it out all then drove to the car wash and sprayed it out. It took a while to get all the small dirt out but it looked brand new once again.

One thing I recommened not hauling is velcro. Because when I installed my bedrug I accidently got a peice of the installation velcro stuck to the rug and it pulled the fibers up. So in spots I have a hairy looking rug.

Overall I love the fact that i can use the back of the truck for other things like sleeping and taking the truck to the drive in movie theater here. Makes my truck a heck of a lot more versital than one of those spray in or pop in liners.

Hey thanks. I am thinking I am going to get one here really really soon. Where did you order yours from? And how bad was it to install?
Thanks,
Chris

I wrote to the company and recommended that they add a note not to place the installation Velcro on the Bedrug. They write back and informed that the loose fibers could be trimmed with a razor blade.

While you can haul just about anything on the Bedrug, I'd still recommend care in not "tearing" the fibers. It's not difficult to avoid with just a bit of thought. Overall I LOVE my Bedrug. Many people have seen it that had no idea it existed and they thought it was great.

Talking

I have one on my truck and I love it. I have not put anything really rough like rocks or dirt or mulch on it yet, but is 3 yrs old now and still looks great. We use it mostly when we go to the drive-in , is very nice on your knees and elbows The kids love it too...

Bed Rug was one of my first mods I did. 5 years old now and still looks brand new. It has cleaned up great no matter what I've used it for. It was very easy to install and fit like a glove. One of the best things about is all the compliments I get from people who have never seen anything like it
