roll back bed cover owner's

my truck will be deliverd the end of this month
i wanted to get a roll back bed cover on my 5.5 bed haven't figured which to get pace edwards or another company
my question is i have a utility atv, will it fit with a roll back cover and bed extender
how much space does the cover take up by the rear window will the tires of the atv fit under the cover roll or will it have to sit behind it ?
or will i have to scrap the roll back idea and go for a vinyl top ?

FYI: Bed extenders don't play nice with roll style covers. The track rails conflict with the bed extenders ability to flip.

Looks like it has everything I'm after. I'm still doing some research, but so far it looks like the best for me.

not really concerned if the bed extender will flip more concerned if i can fit the atv in the bed with the extender

I would be really careful with the roll-up style bed covers (that is the hard shell type, not the vinyl type). They don't handle dirt too well. Everytime that you roll them up the dirt/dust/debris that just naturally ends up on the cover is going to slide off and you are going to put something (no matter how small) in that case. Over time it is bound to build-up and unless things have changed since I looked into one, you can't open them up to clean them out. Eventually you have sticking issues, and it just gets to be a PITA. Also, our beds have a taper to them. The front of the bed is a bit wider than the rear of it...this will also cause fitment issues.

After tons of research I went with the Undercover. Looks great, easy to remove for things like ATV's and a guy with an IQ of 70 could install this thing (I did it myself in the back of the auto parts store when they got it in...instructions were very specific and haven't had any probs with it).

Just food for thought, not trying to rain on your parade.

Dirt and fitment are non issues with any of the current generation of roll style covers.

We would have to have measurements or your ATV to know. Also, I think having to unbolt the extender every time you load/unload your ATV would be way to much hassle. I wouldn't use an extender with an ATV even if I didn't have the rollbak cover. Having to lift the ATV over the extender wouldn't be worth it.
