I put in my own spray in bedliner Today!!!

The prep time took forever but it turned out great. I used the Aeresol Duplicolor bed coating and it looks great. It took about 6 cans but I want to go over it one more time. Cost me about 45 bucks!!!!

I did the same thing about 6 years ago to my 2000 F150. Now I wish I just paid the money to have a profesional put one in.

It started out great, but quickly lost any skid resistance it had. It looked good for about 2 years and then it really started to wear. But I do use my truck bed very hard sliding pallets in and out and hauling about anything. For the most part it is still there but has chipped and worn spots.

But hey you can't argue with that price! I had about $100+ in materials plus a lot of time. I bought the Duplicolor by the qt or gal and used a lot! I am sure it has went down in price too.

If you don't use your bed much it will probably work well for you. Just telling you my experience.
