Question about "turbonator" by K&N

Anybody tried one of the K&N turbonator vortex generators? If so, do they work and are they worth the $69.95 plus s&h? Any feedback would be appreciated.

If it is like the tornado what good can putting a piece of tin in your air intake do. It may help on a non fuel injected engine but making the air spin one way or the other I don't think will help if it did they would have to make two different ones. One for the northern hemispere and one for the southern hemispere cause the toilet spins backward in Australia mate
