I have a 07 SCREW and I'm looking to buy a camper shell, snug top style. I have seen a lot of EXTRA CAB shells for sale, in the color of my truck, but not to many for the SCREW.

Could I purchase an 04-08 EXTRA CAB shell and fit it on my SCREW ?

I'm looking for something like in the picture.

Ford did make an extended cab with the 5.5' bed for a couple years. I don't imagine they're not too common. Ask for the bed length if they say it's from an extended cab.

But, no, the 6' regular short bed topper will overhang 6" on your truck.

Wasn't paying too close attention.
If your 07 is also the 6' bed (did that start in 07 or 06?), then yeah, it will work.
