Reinforced the front frame work of the bed cover by adding a 3/4" aluminum angle piece under the frame work and bolting to the cover and mounting pads

Good job! One thing though: Keep an eye on the cover's D-rings. I've seen them rust which obviously weakens them.

Mine 2012 29er Hard Rock sport I believe. With disks.

Redid rear cassette, chain, derailer, shifter. Went to a 9 speed.
Probably going to go with a single speed up front and try and lighten the bike up a little.
Needs a longer fork

Cover installation took maybe 15 minutes, and then maybe another hour to build the PVC, and my lower bike bracket.
