Got the cover installed tonight. Ran into some snags though. Couldn't figure how many washers to use to space out the railing and I think it's still not completely even cuz the first set on rubber bumpers won't stay on and kept popping off. So just left those out as I tried to adjust it and everything I tried the cover would bind. I also so think one of the head on the bolt inside the t-rail or inside the t-rail is stripped as I can spin the bolt with my hand. It was getting late so I left it alone and I'll probably mess around with the washers/adjustment some more. Overall is still a great looking cover and I'm happy with the purchase.

My cover arrived Friday and I installed it this afternoon. Took about 4 hours and it looks great.
Also, I appreciated the phone call from Rodger thanking me for the purchase.

Ron

Will do Rodger. I plan on taking a road trip from ND to OH this weekend, so hopefully I'll be able to get it installed before then. If I run into any issues I may swing past Bimidji either on the way down, or the way back.

If you do want to stop at the plant, let me know so I can coordinate that for you. Have a safe trip!

I've had the Peragon on for a week now. It's starting to loosen up and become a really nice tonneau. I have noticed one issue though. When I fold up the bed cover, the rubber bumpers on the last panel come off on the opposite corner from the edge i folded it from. Is this something anyone else is experiencing, or do i not quite have the cover square and level on the bed?

Thank you for the report!

I can help with this question!

Please check the parallelism of the rails. This symptom indicates that your rails may be wider at the tailgate than they are at the cab. They should be the same inside-to-inside dimension at both ends. To adjust, loosen the pass and dr mounting bolts and move the rails as required. I'll send you a guide via email.

Please call me if I can help at all.

Thanks for the quick reply and email. I'll check them tomorrow and report back if I fix it.

Just ordered my Peragon about 45 minutes ago. I must say how good it makes me feel to be able to call wirh questions and actually not have to be on hold waiting for someone. Also, it says a lot about a company when their CEO is the voice on the auto answer. I had some questions and talked with Rebecca. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I was planning on buying a Peragon to begin with, but then to read all the positive reviews and to see that the company is genuinly interested in their customers concerns (i.e. this forum) made my purchase experience so much more positive.
