Congrats on the new truck, and welcome to the site. There is a lot of good information on this site, and the search button, can be very helpful.
A lot of guys, myself included, really like the Bedrug made by Wise ind. for a bed liner, and for a tonneau cover, I would go with the Undercover, because it is easily removed by one person.

Let me just add, if I never intended to remove the tonneau, I'd probably go with the A.R.E. I've had one in the past, painted to match on my 00' Ranger. But the Undercover is made to be taken on and off all the time. IMO stay away from the hard roll-up cover, like the Jackrabbit by Pace Edwards. I had one on this truck for one summer. It was too low, and leaked something awful, worst $1000 bucks I ever spent.
