I love my ARE LSII. I chose not to get the one with the power lock just so I could lock things up in the bed and not have it accessible even if my doors were unlocked or if the cab got broken into. In my opinion, it has the best styling/appearance of any hard lid for the 97-03 body style and the quality of construction is great. It's worth the money.
