Lid Decisions

I've looked around for a while and gotten some ideas about bed covers and I think I've narrowed my choice down to these (in order of my preference and based on what a local place carries). I've checked prior posts here as well and was looking for any more recent reviews, etc., keeping somewhat of a budget in mind.
  1. Fold-a-Cover
  2. Extang Solid Cover
  3. Retrax

I wanted to see what opinions others have on these lids - good, bad, or indifferent. I know nothing is totally waterproof, but limiting water is important.

Thanks for the help!

All of them are good covers! They are all different, so you need to decide which works best for you.

If you go with the FoldACover, I recommend you get the G4 Elite model, do not get the LS Series model.

Thanks for the reply TruckGasm.

I like the Fold-a-Cover, and would definitely get the G4 Elite. It's probably the cover I'll end up with, based on functionality and looks. The others I like too, but absent there being a big problem with the G4 Elite, I'm about 99% certain that it will be my pick.

In addition to the function of the G4, one of the reasons I like it is because of the Personal Caddy. It seems like it would really compliment the storage situation on the truck. I may have to purchase it later, due to funds and other needs, but I like the concept of it.

I'm away for work for the next week but hopefully I will be getting this done once I'm back. Thanks again!

I've had the "ROLL-N-LOCK" for the past 4 years and been pleased with......

but as previously mentioned, nothing is waterproof.

I have been very happy with my Pace Edwards. It does take up about 9" of bed space for the roll, but it is very clean looking. check it out in my gallery link.

My bakflip is amazing. 100% waterproof and secure (providing you have a locking tailgate). Best price I found, usually free shipping and they always have 10% off discounts on their page. http://www.autoanything.com

Sorry if that's the wrong link, it should be pretty close, my internet is tanking like a chevy
