What is the name of this tie-down tool and where can i buy them?

I've seen these little handles that can be used to tie down stuff on a couple of trucks. i have no idea what their official name is, or where i can find them. can someone help? here's a picture... http://www.dragtimes.com/images/1172...-Ford-F150.jpg

they're the little 3 handles on the side of the bed of the truck.

The come stock on the 04-09 Flaresides. You may be able to go to a ford parts website and they should have them.
