There are 3 cross bars (plastic) under the cover.

This is a good one, never seen this except like I said when mine became unstiched. Usually there is a good bowing or the covers are tight and flat, no standing water remains, especially in a cold climate. Warranty still a possibility?

All the stitching is intact. Its the Truxxedo lowpro cover. My cross bars just lay flat there is no bowing to them. Not sure it thats the way they are suppose to be.
In normal weather.. the cover looks to me like it is tight and the way it should be there isnt any sagging of the cover.

That kinda sucks, maybe a bit of water but that much is a bit heavy. Oh well, surprised no-one else has commented, these are pretty common tops I'd think

bump....
Yeah surprised nobody else has chimed in. If you look to the right and rear of the cover of the picture you can actually see where the weight of the water has sunken it so much that you can see the rail on the rear and where the cross bars are attached.

Thinking if I should send a copy of the picture to truxxedo to see what they think.

I have one on my truck and had a problem similar to yours. The problem was that the plastic piece under the bed broke ( what the small shear pin goes thru ) and it was causing on side to be loose and water would puddle on me too. I called Truxedo and they took care of it along with new velcro. Another thing to look at is see how tight the set screws are. I have mine set so that there is only about 3 threads showing just to give you an idea of how mine is. Hopefully one of the two will work for you.

Weird. I have the Truxedo Lo Pro and have never seen anything like this. Mine is extremely tight and doesn't even collect the tiniest bit of water. If I were you, I'd either buy something new or have that fixed.
