Priority Decisions

Hey all,

I just picked up my 2009 F150 Lariat SuperCrew last week and have some decisions to make. I know I want to put in a bedliner probably the Line-X spray in and I also want to put a folding cover on the bed of the truck. Is there a order of priority I should be looking into? I can't afford to do both at once so I want to make the right choice on which needs to be done first for minimal disruption later.

Thanks

Well if you do a lot of hauling, i'd just add the bedliner in first. Save your bed some grief.

It really depends on what you need. If you are hauling things that could bang up the bed, I would get the bedliner. If you are putting things in the bed that are valuable, I would get the cover so you can lock it up.

I don't do a lot of hauling except for some personal items now and then. I was more wondering if there was an order to put these in, for instance if I put in the bed liner first will it need to be cut away partially to put on the cover and vice versa.

Thanks

Oh gotchya. Stick the bed liner in first you'll be ok. Usually ive heard people cutting the piece of plastic towards the front off that protects the shelf of the bed. Others havent. Your call.
