Snugtop leak

Hello, I have a 2007 F-150 S-Crew. I recently purchased a Snugtop CabHI from a local dealer and after the first good rain, it leaked a tremendous amount. I felt water underneith both windows and completely around the edge. (It has carpeting so it is difficult to tell where the water was coming from -- windows, under the cap, etc). I took it back and they tried caulking some of the areas near the front of the cab, where the bed caps end, but this did nothing to help the problem. I took it back again and the dealer did a "leak test" and at least a good portion of the water is coming in from the front of the bed (in amounts that the tech said he has never seen before). It's at that point in the front of the bed where the bed rail is lower than the sides because of the bed caps. The dealer then used more caulking on the underside of the cap in the corners and claimed to have added another strip of tape. However, it continued to leak. So I took it back again, and fearing a manufacturing defect, I asked them to send it back just to be checked out. When they took off the cap, I noticed the clamps they were using were grabbing the plastic bed rails, and not the metal on the bed. In fact, my caps are now a little bowed from the tension that was on them and a bit chewed up on one side. I also found a rub point on the outside of my truck where some of the paint was rubbed off by the part of the cap that reached over the bed. I also noticed that they had not put another strip of tape on the front like they said the second time I took it back. I know there are a lot of happy F-150 and snugtop owners out there. Im hoping perhaps others may have had a similar problem with their caps, and wanted to get an idea how you went about resolving it. I'm assuming that the cap will come back with a clean bill of health, and that the problem is with the installation. I would think the dealer might have a good deal of experience doing this type of work, but the excuses we have recieved thus far has given me little confidence that they know what they are doing.
