Soft Tonneau Water Proofing??

I purchased Truxedo soft tonneau for my '09. There is a large gap between the cover and the front of the bed. The bed rails must cause this. I am sure that water can get in this gap. What have some of you done to close this gap?

Use some of that soft foam that's sticky on one side.

camper tape, they make it in black so its not as obvious.

go to a hardware store and buy a roll of automotive weather-stripping for like $8.

im going to be doing that sometime soon for my access cover
